Every writer struggles with writer’s block.
Personally, I was there for months.
I didn’t know:
- What to write about
- Who to write it to
- Where to write it
- If writing was even worth it
But I kept learning.
What changed for me was realizing everyone has problems, and they’re asking those questions online.
And as soon as that clicked, I started to understand that overcoming writer’s block wasn’t that hard — I was just doing the wrong thing.
Here’s what I should have done instead:
Answer the questions people are asking.
Google processes 8.5 Billion searches a day.
The majority of these are questions. People are always asking questions, you need just to know where to look.
Here is the easiest way:
- Go to your favorite YouTuber in your niche
- Go to a popular video of theirs
- Load all of the comments
- CTRL+F search for “?”
You will be able to scroll through questions people are asking. This should allow your mind to spin and start ideating.
This can be done on more platforms than just YouTube!
